Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India
I got a DRT summon sent by a law firm named India Law , Mumbai. Though the envolope was addressed to me , the actual letter was not. The letter was stating name of two parties with "Others" against each. Should I be present in court to avoid such communication? I have had no communication in the past neither I am party to anything offcial. The matter is regarding the property for which I am the current legal owner.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since the matter is regarding your property, your remaining present in the Court and clarifying and sorting out whatever doubts you may have regarding the notice and the case matter with the concerned Court clerk documenting the case, is advisable and recommended.
Regards,
