Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India
My exfriend has put a case on me for returning all money that she has spent on me during our 7 years live in relationship ,she has no written or any legal proof that she has given me any money or spent and truthfully I havent taken sometimes I use to spend sometimes she Nd now she has files a case for this .So what legally she can do regarding this as I wil be getting summon
Is there any legal act according to which she can prove this .Please help me on this..

Now, the case has been instituted and you have been summoned, now your step should be to defend yourself in the court against the charges made out against you.
