I failed to repay c.c loan from abn amro. one advocate from delhi is threatening me for warrants and arrest.
should i oblige to him. can a credit card defauter for 9 years be arrested ?

1) No. It might be time barred.
2) Lodge complaint with Police, RBI and the Bank.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should directly go and sort out the matter with the Bank. Yes, a credit card defaulter can be legally tried and arrested through a Court decree.
