Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India
my father give 8000 to some person in 23/1/2013.now the promissinory note was expired .my father was illterate.know the person who take the money was refused and say the time of bond was expired .please advice me how to get the money .

Your father should report the matter to the local Police for their intervention to action and resolve the matter.
