Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India
I found in CIBIL report that there is a high outstanding in my credit card account which I used for 7 years back. I have settled the amount during 2006. But I do not have any records at present. however I have forwarded dispute resolution to CIBIL. After the company received my dispute resolution , the company asking me to repay the outstanding. Is it right?
