some one my friend send me a notice that he has paid me some money for job.but he is lying .
what is process to sent to answer him...

Dear Sir / Madam,
Only saying is not enough. The other person has to prove that he has paid you the money. If the mater escalates further, lodging an FIR in the local Police station is advisable and recommended.
