Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

I gave 5 lakh cash to a person and took one blank cheque and blank bond paper signed with finger print. Now he has not returned money. So now how can I go further to claim amount. Plz help

Try to recover money first. If he fails u hv to go further to claim.
