Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India
Can a give a legal notice to bank to get the borrower liquidate the loan within a fixed time or else i may not be held responsible for his loan?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, if you are a guarantor of the loan you can issue a legal notice to the Bank to get the borrower to liquidate the loan within the stipulated loan period and tenure so as to safeguard your interests and credit scores.
