hi,

i have employment relate problem...

actually my employer cheat me she gave my job as heena designer but now i came here n she totally change my job ..she want now tht i do a servant job.

but m not ready for this .... and she gave to my husabnd who is in dubai right now working in another com.. she gave to my husband 800 AED for airtikit ... but now i file case agnist her in court... now she blam to us for she gave to my husband 8000 AED insted of 800 AED. she now totally lie in front of court n demand from us 8000 AED .. se told that if we not return her mpney she complaint aginst us in police.. my husband sign in her personal diary... when he received 800 AED but i guess she change the Amt of 8000 insted of 800 AED may add one 0 in the Amt ... so pls guide me what i do... tht we never received such Amt 8000Aed from her side. she dnt have another any proof that she gave me 8000 AED only the personal diary she have a proof.. where my gusabnd sign belove mention 800 AEd received. thats it.. is there any problem us for all this ?

Dear Madam,

As I read your query, there are two separate issues. You have filed a case against your employer(s) for job not being in accordance with position specified in your visa. This matter can be decided by the Court. In the second issue, let the employer complain to the Police. Let both, the employer and your husband be questioned by the Police to determine the correct amount given by the employer to your husband. You should also tell the actual airfare from your home country to the UAE to the Police to prove your point.
