Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in
Hi,
I have issued a cheque of rs. 100000/- as security against loan from private lender and also given in written to lender that i got the money for business purpse and then i have not taken any receipt of repayment after payment of loan intentionally he presented the cheque and cheque got bounced so what i have to do
