iam using hdfc credit card amount 135000. and personal loan 400000. iam not given any cheques. i lost my job. i have no money than what is the punishment to me give me the ans plzzzz

Dear Sir / Madam,

The extent of punishment to be meted out to you will be decided by the Court., as and when the Bank moves a writ petition against you.
