Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India
Hello! I am from India and My girlfriend is in USA (las vega,nv) and has child support arrears for over 10 years amount to over USD 20,000 (the reason why she cant have a passport) which i am willing to pay. Since i am not in america am i allowed to pay off her child support debt? is there any restriction in US Law? please reply soon!

I suggest you check out with the US Embassy whether you can pay off and settle the child support debt from India in the USA.
