Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

I've taken insecure loan from bank, but i can't pay emi due to my financial poor condition. bank's legal adviser telling me, I'll be put behind the bar.

please advise what to do.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should explain your financial condition to the Bank and request them to reschedule the repayment of your loan.
