Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

I had issued an a cheque for my loan account but i returned total amount with interest. Now while taking this loan i had issued 2nos cheques for security perpose i fond later that my signature was wrong on those cheques i am asking return those cheques but till today the company has not return the cheque & that company people harassing in order to pay my outstandings where as i do not have any outstandings please let me know what i have to do OR what action to take .

Issue a legal notice first calling them to return the cheque and if that does not materialize, file a consumer complaint. Such behaviour on the part of the bank constitutes deficiency in service.
