Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

I am right now jobless because of which I am unable to pay my credit card payments. I want to know that bank can file criminal case against me in this cinareio.

Since you are presently jobless, start your own small business to enable you to manage your credit card payments. Yes, the Bank can initiate legal recovery action.
