Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

I am Jobless since last one year and till today I have not got job.When

I am in employment I have taken loan against credit card.Now I am unbale

to pay.Please advise me what can I do and credit card executives phoing

every day I told them amount they are not agreeing.what is the necxt course of action.

your being out of job is no excuse in not repaying the amount!! u can negotiate the amount with them but final decision will be theirs. Pl clear the dues ASAP for the default interest rates are very high!!
