Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in

If my lawyer has appeared for me in a case but due to our bad relations now he is going to appear from the other side. Can he legally do so ?

No, once accepted your case, he cannot appear for other side in the same case. You may make a complaint to the court as also to the State Bar Council.
