A lawyer has taken money to do a work, now he has neither done the work nor is he returning the money. How can we get it?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Simply lodge a Police complaint against the lawyer if he fails to return back the money immediately.

You need to file a complaint before the concerned Bar Association - Police cannot do anything - this is a Civil Issue. Police has no business to interfere in money recovery matters.
