Hi I lend a money to a person and I issued a dated cheque and my passport is with her as well ..but I missed my payment coz shes taking for the high interest with penalty ..and shes keep treathening me that she will deposit my check but as I know my check is closed already .pleaze give me advice

Dear Madam / Sir,

I am confused reading your query because you say you handed over everything to your business partner or fiance or girl friend and despite having done so, you are worried that she will blackmail you, Simply report the matter to the Um Al Quwain Police Station.
