Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

I have taken a loan of Rs 25000 from sumone for that I m paying a interest of Rs 5000 per month now my financial condition is not good I told him I cant pay interest now but within 3 to 4 months I will pay his money he is harrasing me what to do

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should look for cheaper loan and repay and settle the present loan since the interest is too high.
