Mujh se karj lene wale ne jo cheque diya tha wo bauns ho gaya h ( 15 lac.)

Ab lagta h ki baki cheque s bhi bauns honge. Kya mujhe mere Rs. Wapes mil sakte h?

Dear Sir / Madam,

You will have to lodge a recovery suit for bounced cheques under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1938.
