Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in

I have not paid my personal loan and credit card dues for the past 2 years and I am on the run for 2 years as I don't have a job. Will I get caught somehow? Will I get caught if I travel by air? I am scared they might damage my name deliberately though I am not doing it purposely. Will they publish my name in papers? Please help me

you are causing too much stress to yourself. They can take only a lawful action. For which, they will have to file a civil case in court for which there is nothing like arrest. You will receive the summons from the court and you may contest the case also after consulting a lawyer. So, relax!

you cannot get caught unless non bailable warrants pending against you. hire a lawyer to check the same.
