Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Hi,

I have taken Personal Loan from 3 banks but I am not able to repay the EMIs since last 3-4 months. I am jobless now. What all I can do? Can bank take a legal action against me? How can I save myself? Please advice.

Dear Abhay,

"Where there is a Will, there is a Way". If you are determined to free yourself from debt, you will find a way to do it. There are plenty of activities that you can do. You can commence a small business of your own, or if you are good and excel in any field of say dance, drama, elocution, music or sports, you can start training others to achieve your acumen at it and impart your skills to them. Firm up your mind and make a start in your direction with conviction, desire, and drive, and clear your personal liabilities gradually ... you will succeed.
