For previous 1.3 lacs transaction taken for transaction & paid partly,Taken No Money,but signed promissory note after three yrs. for 1.3 Lacs with 18% to be paid in '30' Months Instalment. Filed Summary suit. Allowed Partly to Pay Rs. 1.3 Lacs. How to get Way Out.
