Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

in a pronote suit the defendant filed written statement that pronote is fabricate and plaintiff has no capacity and consideration was not passed. But in chief he stated taht the pronote is forged. Later he sent the pronote to expert. He sent his openion as forged. The openion is admissible with out pleadings. I have proved the execution by examining the attestor and scribe.
