Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in

i recieved a cheque from one of my friend worth rs10000 but it is being bounced i dont have ny proof regarding the money recievable so what legal action can i take against him?

law gives assumption in favour of the holder of the cheque that the drawee was liable. Onus or burden is on the person and not on you to prove that there was no liability. so relax and go ahead to take action if you so desire
