Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

In reply of Mr. Fca Prashant Chavan, I wish to inform you that today I have received a cell no. of my ex-collegues.

I didn't ringed him because if I call him and he should change the SIM again, then it will be difficult to me to relocate him.

Shall I provide the cell no to the bank now or not?

Please help me and also tell me my way of action today onwards.

Dear Priyabrata,

YES. You should provide your ex-colleagues cell number to the bank, and ensure that they call him up in your presence, since you fear that he / she will change the SIM again.
