Respected sir ,
i was working with an advertising company i was employee , but the policy was tho take money from costumer with name of company, but now the company is vanishing so will i be reaponsible if costumer apply an police complaint on me

Dear Sir / Madam,
I do not foresee any problem for you if you have taken money from the customer in the name of the Company and given the amount collected by you from the customer to the Company. You should retain all documentary evidence of your having given monies you collected from customers to the Company, in the event any customer lodges a Police complaint against you.
