Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Hi, I was using sandard & chartered bank credit Card before 12 years and i settle all the payment before moving to Middle East, recently i received letter form collection agency for non payment and amount is 20 lakhs, my credit limit is only 20000 indian rs, what maximum action they can take.

Dear Sir / Madam,

If the letter is fake, you should straight away lodge a local Police complaint against the collection agency to immediately solve the problem.
