We have two security cheque. can we deposit it in my bank suppose cheque would dishounered by bank . we can file 138u/s case against cheque issuer company.

Yes, provided the terms and conditions when to present the security cheques are strictly complied with.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, you can deposit the security cheque in your Bank, and if dishonoured, you can file a cheque dishonour recovery case under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1938.
