Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India
I have been served with legal notice from my sister for not returing her the money that I borrowed from her through cheque, but in reality I took the money back which I had lend her earlier in cash, but I ve no proof of it. Now she is indulging in false allegation on me by serving me legal notice. What should I reply?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should reply to the legal notice providing detail of the date and the name of the person(s) if any in whose presence you had lent her the money.
Regards,
