Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in

One sided sole arbitratot has given the award. no intimation of commencement and proceedings.only an email reveals that.all credit card payment along with interest and legal charges shoild be paid. no copy of award i know or have seen, courier or on email.

and that eventual recourse to legl demand notice from court., will follow.

is this the procedure and what should i do.

sir, you have to file objections to the award within 90 days of its receipt from the arbitrator. Arbitrator is under obligation to send the copy of award to parties. now that you have come to know of it, you must apply for a copy of the award and act accordingly.
