Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Sir, I took a Credit Card from a Private Bank and unfortunately I lose my business and now I have almost more than 20 laks debts. In these situation I am not able to make any payment and this payment is pending from the past Two year ... I got a call from the concern person and they are saying will take non bailable charge against me. Total net CC amount is Rs. 28000/- only... I would like to clear the all my debts but will take lots of time... What should I do In this situation..... Anybody is their to Help me ....PLS......

First things first ... remember the famous Himesh Reshamiya :"Jhalak dikhlaa ja" - ask the person who is constantly calling you to personally meet you face to face ....oos hastee koh acchhee tarah jach lo ... kitnay paanee may hai woh ... tell him / her point blank .. "joh bhee karna hai kardo ... ya toh mai usay nipat loongaa ... ya toh uskee saza bhoogat loonga ... seedhay apnay haat uppar karo.
