Sir, How to declare insolvent . Fact is i dont have any job / income for the last 3 years and dont have any assets. Please explain. Thanks & Regards

Contact legal aid cell, and seek for a free legal aid, they will give a lawyer, who will not charge you fees, and will help you file the Insolvency Petition.
