Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India
Sir,
we have filed one case 138,in this case issued warrant also, company proprietor skipped from register address.We do not have other source of trace the accused. In such circumstance,what we do.can we put case in dormant case?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should amicably renegotiate and settle the matter with the person who owes you the money (debtor). Lodging a local Police complaint is advisable and recommended.
