Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Hi sir , one guy try to file 420 case . B'cos he goto hongkong on political stay visa but I don't know why he come back india after two days he was goto airport immigration and written a later for deported . He don't pay the final payment to Ajent after reach there they was only buy air tickets . I not a Ajent. I'm just middle man in Ajent and client b'cos Ajent and client also my good friends. But now he try to file case on me . My mistake is only that , I told him :- that's Ajent is very good and legally othorise by govt: the Ajent have his contract sign paper by client and full nd final amount check.

I think there is no any mistake by me . But now I'm stuck in between. And they claimed on me 1.5lac . But I didn't have any single rupees. Plz suggest me is this situation what we do . And police actually; file case 420 against me or not ? Client have no any written proof against me .

Dear Sir / Madam,

You are not at any fault whatsoever so straight away tell both the parties not to unnecessarily harass you, else you should report the matter to the local Police.
