sir i need help from you towards non payment of my credit card dues as my financial position is very bad since last four years and i have not paid for the same there is no PDC cheque given to the banks in this connection to what extent can bank do to me.

Dear Sir / Madam,

If you think you can get away without paying your card dues, you might soon get :

1. recovery notices from the bank for payment;

2. summons from the Court to attend hearing &;

3. Police arrest warrant.
