Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Sir our opponents are won the case which was going on my father.it was the case of debt.my father has expired.and we did not know about the case nd miss the dates of case.now the result was decree of our unregistered shop.its the only source of our income so please suggest me how can i reappeal in the session court or high court.nd we r nt able to repay the money yet.
