Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Sir my wife gave loan to one of his cousin in 2014 but till date he has not clear the loan amount , my wife requesting him from last 18 months but he is ignore the issue every time, the cheques which were issued by him all 4 cheques bounce , bounce cheques are with us . loan amount was paid by cheque . kindly advise us how to recover our amount .

Dear Sir / Madam,

Apnee beewee say kahiye seedhay paas kay Police thaanay may jaakar apnay chachayray or mamaray bhaayee kay khilaaf kalam IPC kalam 420 darj karay aur rapat likhwayee. Chand dino may mislay ka hal ho jaayega.

Please tell your wife to straightaway lodge a local Police complaint against her cousin brother under Section 420 "cheating" of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). The matter will be quickly resolved and settled within a few days.
