Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Hi sir,

HI, There is guy called Deepak suvarana. he is cheating people stating that he is from DIC, NANDED and he will give personal loans if banks are not giving you personal loans. He contacted me through QUIKR as quikr is a verified website I belived in him. May be i have done the mistake. But he has given me mails, i have all the phone recordings and i have the reciepts where money has transferred. Please help me. He has taken 37500 and i am middle class person where i thought all the problems of mine will be resolved if i get loan.

Still now he is asking and abusing if i don't give him money.

Please guide me what can i do.

Dear Sir / Madam,

First and foremost, if at all you have been deceived by anybody and have had a bad experience, abstain from generalizing that the person is cheating one and all. In such situations, your safest bet is to report the matter to the local Police for action by filing an FIR against the alleged deceiver providing all evidences, and let the law takes its own course to recover the money you paid to the deceiver.
