Sir....
i have given my bank ac no to my frnd .he says that i have to recive some money.....
in dec i recive money in my account and i withdraw money and give is to my friend....and after 1 month i get a call from the person who have deposited money i my account and say that i want my money back ...plz tell me what i can do for it.....

Dear Sir / Madam,
Although you have given your Bank A/c No, in good faith to your friend, you have badly erred in doing so. If you have withdrawn the cash and given it to your friend, you ought to have obtained your friend's acknowledgement of having received the cash. If you have the receipt, you should straightaway tell your friend to immediately action and settle the matter with the claimant / person who deposited the money to your A/c; failing which, Police action and intervention to appropriately deal with your friend and settle the matter, is advisable and recommended.
