Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

hi sir,

i did my M.tech from DAVV university indore.

i was a GATE 2011 qualified student, my whole batch was supposed to get 8000/month a GATE stipend but its been more than 2 years now our college is not giving us the money. can you please tell us what legal action can be taken.
