Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Hello Sir,

I have sbi credit card debt in the amt of 106,000.00 and i didnt pay my bill due to high debt and job issues. Also im using the credit card without any defaults for the past 5 years, however the debt collector is torturing me by phone calls and direct visit and screaming infront of my gate, im not saying that i won't pay at all, still i need some time to pay off my debts , also i requested them to put one time emi scheme so that i ll pay monthly 5000.00 but they said they dont have any option like that, so im planning to go for a "Not to disturb civil suit" Kindly suggest gentlemen.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should pay off and settle your credit card dues and permanently stop using a credit card itself. There is no such civil suit.
