Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

hi sir,

iam using hdfc creditt limit 135000. and personal loan 400000. iam not giving any cheques and any documents.i lost my job and i have no money to pay the amount.currently iam not resident in the address. what is the punishment to me it is jail or any other punishment. if it is jail tell me the how many years. and also tell me the previous cases punishment of same situation.plzzzz sir
