Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Sir,

I'm Murugesan from Tamil nadu( trichy), i have problem for that regarding my close friend his name Elayarasan, his friend name Rathinaraj, my friend Elayarasan was intideuse him. After that we belive this guy Rathinaraj, without documents, because i believe him. i gave money 3 lakhs for 2 years back, for this money his improvment for his life. but now his very good position. i asked him, have to give me my money, but now say can�t give your money, if you want go to police. i will face the problem. i can�t go to comp line for him. Because i don't have any documents. This money I�m not get easy. It�s my blood. Helping is my nature. But now i'm suffered. How i can get my money. Please advise me.

Dear Murugesan,

Since it was Elayarasan who introduced you to Rathinaraj who was in need of money, you should get hold of Elayarasan and tell him to see that he recovers your money from Rathinaraj and pays it back to you, failing which you should take both, Elayarasan and Rathinaraj to the Police and lodge an FIR against them. Never mind if you do not have any papers with you, let the Police deal with both of them. Please re-post if there is no Police action within 7 days of your lodging the complaint.
