Sir,my father was under debt.now he has expired.we dont have any registered property.but we have a shop which is unregistered this is a only source of our income.opponents send us paper of degree .we dont have enough money to give them.so please give any relative solution

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should reply to the decree insisting on the opponents to first provide documentary evidence and legal proof of the debt amount that your deceased father owed the opponents and show that he had failed to repay his alleged debts, and thereafter explain your present financial position and stance thereon, to the Court issuing the summons / decree to you.
