Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Someon has send us leagl notice for recovery of sm fake amount through lawyer. Now she is constantly calling us. We ve told her to come legally but smtimes she calls us n also comes to our neighbors n tell them fake stories. Before her notice we had already made a police complaint against her. Is there any law that would restrain her from cmng in our area. We she has already served us a notice then why she is doing all that. Pls guide.
