Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India
I start sub broker business with my friend on his name. and he collect cash from customer to trade in customer accounts for genrate commision. but we made loss in these accounts. then he ask for blank cheque (as security purpose ) from me to pay to customer for further cash put in those trading a/c . I gave him my 3 blank cheques and start trade again but we made loss again in customer a/c. now he refuse me to trade further in customer a/c and demand all lost money from me. he asked to present cheques in bank. but I make stop payment of all these cheques. can he file a case agaunst me if cheques got dishonoured?

Yes, your partner can file a case against you if the cheques dishnonour.
