Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

How can I take stay on execution? Can i request court to pay in installments or will they seize my household goods as i don't have any property. Will they the my daughter's car who stays with us? Please advise procedure to rage stay and save myself from this insult. I need to get this case reopened as its fraud case against us. My 61 with no one to support and get help. How much time does it take to get stay?

Dear Sir / Madam,

You can file a petition in the Court requesting a temporary stay mentioning therein a commitment to the Court that you will repay and settle your loam outstanding within a given time frame. The temporary stay may be granted by the Court in the first hearing itself.
