Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India
I have stopped my credit card payment. It is in cibil and for removing from cibil what to do. My payment was 14k and its has gone 35k above.

Dear Sir / Madam,
I advice you to negotiate, pay up and settle your credit card dues so that your Credit Information Bureau of India Limited or CIBIL rating and score is not adversely affected.
